Shipping & Delivery

General Shipping Information – Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery time is 2–3 calendar days. The delivery period begins, in the case of advance payment (e.g. bank transfer), the day after you place the payment order with your bank. For instant bank transfer, the period begins the day after the payment is made. For payments via direct debit, cash on delivery or invoice, the period begins the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at the delivery location, the next business day applies instead.

Shipping Costs
Please note that freight costs are calculated per pallet. When ordering multiple items, more than one pallet may be required. You will see the exact shipping costs in the summary before completing your order.

Freight cost within Belgium/Netherlands per pallet with SMS notification: €90.00 per pallet.
Parcel shipping within Belgium/Netherlands: €16.90.

The shipping costs include 21% VAT. Freight shipments are delivered curbside (no inside delivery).
